Delivery Time Periods

All deliveries may take between 7-10 working days unless otherwise stated. Deliveries will be made by The Courier Guy- being the nominated courier company.

In the case of Eft payments, orders will only be dispatched once payment clears in our account.

A standard fee of R150 will be charged on all purchases throughout the country. However, all purchases exceeding R2000 will NOT incur a courier fee.

Imani by Style Fabrics obligation to deliver an item is fulfilled when it delivers the item to the physical address nominated by yourself for delivery of the said order. All risk of damage or loss and title of such item shall pass to you upon delivery of the same to you by the courier company nominated by Imani by Style Fabrics (The Courier Guy).

Washing instructions

All items are made by hand and with special care and precision.
Customers are requested to kindly hand wash all shwe shwe items separately, in cold water with a handful of rough salt.

All other garments are requested to be hand washed in cold water, unless the garment stipulates dry cleaning only. Please refer to the care instructions tag on each individual item. No claims will be entertained after the garments and/or products have been washed.

Availability, Pricing and Cancellation

The provision of goods/items by Imani by Style Fabrics is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Imani by Style Fabrics will refund the payment received from the customer within a period of 30 days and provided further that Imani by Style Fabrics cannot meet its obligation to provide the customer with their respective order. Please note prices and specifications reflected on this website are subject to change without notice and Imani by Style Fabrics does not accept any liability for the said change.

Furthermore, once a purchase has been made on the website it may not be cancelled by the customer. Cancellation may only occur from the side of Imani by Style Fabrics and in circumstances were there is a lack of stock availability which will result in a full refund to the customer, as indicated above.

Exchange or Refunds Policy

Imani by Style Fabrics will ONLY EXCHANGE items if such items are defective, subject to what is stated under Delivery Time Periods above, and within 7 working days of the said purchase provided that:

1. the customer has returned the item/s to Imani by Style Fabrics within the aforementioned time period, together with the original proof of purchase document and at the customer’s own cost;
2. the item/s is/are unused, unblemished condition, neither is the packaging damaged, any and/or all tags on the garment are still intact.
3. Under no circumstances will the item/s that have been unpacked and/or used be accepted for return or exchange, it being the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has fully inspected the item/s immediately upon receipt of same (and most importantly prior to the use thereof).
4. Imani by Style Fabrics does not offer cash refunds. The customer will be required to select item/s to the value of the returned item/s. The customer is responsible for any and all delivery charges incurred in the return and/or exchange process. The new item/s will only be delivered to the customer once the returned item/s (together with supporting documents) and payment in full of all delivery charges associated with the exchange have been received by Imani by Style Fabrics. Title of the returned item will only pass to Imani by Style Fabrics upon receipt thereof.
5. Should the customer not wish to select further item/s on the website then he/she may request a voucher from Imani by Style Fabrics- which voucher will be valid for a period of 1 year from date of issue thereof.

Ownership and Risk 
Ownership of the item/s purchased is/are retained by Imani by Style Fabrics until payment has been received in full by Imani by Style Fabrics. Ownership of the item/s shall immediately pass onto the customer once delivered by the courier company so appointed by Imani by Style Fabrics.
